2024 Robotics Club Overview

Our 16-week after school robotics course starts in September (Tuesday, 9/24) and ends December (Tuesday, 12/14), during the fall semester. The program location is ArtHaus at 2744 East 11th Street, Oakland, CA 94601 and starts from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. This session meets weekly for 3 hours and all supplies and meals are provided.

This program provides a hands-on learning journey for BIPOC girls to delve into the exciting world of science, coding, and engineering. Algorithms, pseudocode, and the intricacies of autonomous vehicles become part of their vocabulary.

The goal of the program is to inspire young Innovators to be science and technology leaders, master engineering design principles, build their computer programming skills, gain a solid grasp of the concepts behind self-driving cars, and strengthen their engineering mindset while having fun.
