We’re proud to announce that Self-eSTEM’s Executive Director and Founder, Adamaka Ajaelo, has been selected as a 2025 Gratitude Network Fellow! This prestigious recognition celebrates innovative leaders from around the globe who are transforming the lives of children and youth through education, equity, and entrepreneurship.
Each year, the Gratitude Network identifies and supports a select group of social impact leaders working to scale their nonprofit organizations and deepen their impact. Adamaka’s selection reflects her decade-long commitment to expanding opportunities in STEM for girls.
Through Self-eSTEM, Adamaka has championed a vision where confidence, culture, and coding coexist, empowering girls to see themselves as future engineers, innovators, and changemakers. As part of the 2025 Gratitude cohort, she will join a global community of changemakers and receive a year-long leadership development program designed to scale impact and sustainability.
This milestone is not just a celebration of Adamaka’s leadership, it’s a powerful reminder of what’s possible when we invest in girls and women who have been historically left out of STEM spaces.
Congratulations, Adamaka! We’re grateful to have your voice and vision leading the way.
