On March 10, 2026, Self-eSTEM Founder and Executive Director Adamaka Ajaelo participated in Amplitude’s Women’s History Month panel, “Owning Your Leadership Style,” a conversation centered on authentic leadership, career growth, and equity in the tech industry.
Hosted by Amplitude, the panel brought together influential leaders across technology and community spaces, including co-panelist, Lili Gangas, Chief Technology Community Officer at Kapor Center. The discussion focused on how women in tech can define, embrace, and lead with their unique leadership styles while navigating challenges and driving impact.
Drawing from her experience in Silicon Valley and leading Self-eSTEM to build pathways for youth and young adults in STEM, Adamaka shared insights on purpose-driven leadership, authenticity, and the importance of representation in shaping the future of technology.
