Meet Trinity | Self-eSTEM Impact Story

Trinity joined Self-eSTEM at just 9 years old and found a space that nurtured her creativity, curiosity, and leadership. Now a high school senior, she’s using her voice to uplift the next generation of young women in STEM.

Trinity’s journey with Self-eSTEM began when she was just nine years old, a young girl curious about the world, eager to explore, and looking for a place where she could grow. What she found was so much more than a program. She found a supportive community, powerful role models, and the tools to shape her future.

From the very beginning, Trinity loved how Self-eSTEM combined exploration with cultural relevance. “I’ve attended several years,” she shared, “meeting great teachers, students, and others that have helped cultivate my love for STEM and this program.” With every camp and activity, she sharpened skills in communication, teamwork, and creative thinking. More importantly, she started to envision herself as a leader in STEM.

Over the years, Trinity not only built confidence but also gave back. As a Junior Facilitator, she now helps guide younger students through the same transformative experiences that once shaped her. It’s a full-circle moment where she’s no longer just learning but leading, inspiring others to discover their own potential.

Now a high school senior, Trinity stands at the edge of her next chapter, grounded in confidence and fueled by years of discovery and mentorship. Her journey is a powerful reflection of what happens when girls are given both the tools and the belief to thrive.
