For Parents/Caretakers:

• Saturday, July 20 – Close Out Celebration is from 11:00am – 1:00pm at Oakland Technical High School.
• PARENT/CARETAKER POST CAMP SURVEY
• Please review and submit your accomplishment through the Accomplishment Form to earn points for a micro grant.
• MANDATORY: All Parents/Caretakers must have COMPLETED an application and are required to review the Orientation Recording, if you missed the meeting. If youth does not show up by Day 2 (July 16), youth will not be able to participate in the STEM Exploration Camp.
• Camp Location: Oakland Technical High School, 4351 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94611.
• Parking Options: School parking lot entry is on 45th Street (by girls gym) or street parking on 45th Street.

• Please create a Roblox account for each child attending the camp and provide them with account information for Day 1, Monday July 15th.
• Please review our MANDATORY Health and Safety Document prior to camp start date.

• Daily arrival / pickup times: 8:30am (breakfast is served at 8:30am and camp starts at 9:00am). Pickup is 3:30pm.

• Field Trip to CircleCI is Thursday July 18th. Please arrive at 8:30am sharp. Pickup is 3:30pm. Lunch and snacks are provided.

• REQUIRED: ALL participants will need to complete the Youth PRE-Camp Survey when they arrive on Day 1, Monday July 15.

1. 1. 1. Laptop stations will be provided to complete the survey.
      2. Please bring the last two report cards, if you have them.
      3. Innovators who completed surveys will be eligible to receive a $100 gift card.

For Anyone Volunteering:

1. MANDATORY: All Volunteers are required to review the Orientation Recording, if you missed the meeting.

5. Breakfast, lunch, and beverages are provided.
6. You will receive a Self-eSTEM branded T-shirt to wear during your volunteer shift.
7. For those volunteering on Tuesday & Wednesday, please complete the forms below onsite.

      2. UC Berkeleys’ Code of Conduct (Printed copies available onsite).
